Returns & Exchanges

At Little Lupo, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy on all products. Please note that return requests will not be accepted for orders placed by mistake.

We evaluate all return requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to approve or deny them. If an item is found to be faulty, we will either replace it or issue a refund if the item is out of stock (OOS). Refunds for size-related issues will not be processed, as we provide detailed measurements on our product pages. Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Restocking Fee

An $10 restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A printed order confirmation or proof of purchase must be included with your return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at support@littlelupo.com with the subject line ‘RETURN’ and include your order number.
  2. Describe the Issue:
    In your email, provide a brief description of why you wish to return the item. If the item is defective or damaged, please include photos for verification.
  3. Wait for Approval:
    
Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions. If your return is approved, you will receive details on how and where to send the item.
  4. Prepare Your Return:
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and include a printed order confirmation or proof of purchase.
  5. Ship the Item:
    Follow the return shipping instructions provided in our email. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items

Items purchased on sale and gift cards are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@littlelupo.com with photos and your order number, so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Order Cancellations

A 10% restocking and administrative fee will be charged for order cancellations. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Exchanges

Domestic Orders (U.S.): Exchanges may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability. Contact us within 14 days to discuss options. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we’ll cover shipping for the replacement item if the original was defective or incorrect.

International Orders: Exchanges are not available due to high shipping costs and customs complexities. Approved international returns will receive a refund only.

Exchanges for size issues are not accepted as we clearly list product dimensions on our site.

Refunds

What You’ll Get: Approved returns will receive a refund for the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping costs. If we made an error (e.g., sent the wrong item), we’ll also refund return shipping costs upon receipt of proof (e.g., a shipping receipt).

Refund Method: Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method or issued as store credit. We’ll confirm your preference during the return process, though store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Timing: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Custom & Handcrafted Products

Custom or handmade items, such as bespoke collars or leashes, are non-refundable unless they are defective, incorrectly made according to your measurements, or shipped in error. In such cases, we will also refund the shipping costs. Please note that slight variations in size are normal for handmade products.

Important Notes

Return Shipping Costs: Unless we’re at fault, you’re responsible for return shipping fees. We don’t offer prepaid return labels for standard returns.

International Returns: Duties and taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You’re also responsible for any additional customs fees incurred during the return process.

Late Returns: Items received after the 14-day window won’t be accepted unless pre-approved due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., carrier delays). Contact us immediately if this applies.

Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to deny returns if we suspect abuse, fraud, or non-compliance with this policy (e.g., returning used items as new).
